How do you decide to become a corn maze farmer? It all started back in 1998 when Craig and Casey Easterly, inspired by a suggestion from their father, decided to create their very first MAiZE in Ontario, Oregon (on the Oregon and Idaho border). After a successful debut, they set their sights on Sauvie Island, drawn by its already thriving farm scene. Fast forward to today and The MAiZE has become a staple of fall fun for families across Portland.
