It's our favorite ice cream spot. We go there and we bring friends and family there when they visit from out of town. Delicious without being over powering sweet. Fun flavors keep us always choosing something different. Seasonal offering to mix up the product choices as well. Plus, we feel like we get to support local even if it is regional.

I've always had such great interactions with this Brusters. The people that take your order are always so nice and professional, my order is always correct and they are so sweet to give pup cups. My doggies love their pup cups!!

I love this place. Great ice cream great price great service plenty of outdoor seating plenty of parking. It is a must stop on a warm Sunday afternoon.
The only thing that would make this better is if they served coffee drinks or true soft serve ice cream!

Totally worth the drive! Delicious ice cream. I had the Apple Crunch and Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. Tasted the Mint chocolate chip and husband had the Black Cherry. All so yummy! I’ll be looking for Brusters anywhere I travel to now. There were more flavors then my one picture of flavors.

I am not crazy for ice cream
However, Bruster's has won me over. My favorite is the turtle flavor with ribbons of caramel and pecans. It's the best.

Best ice cream in town!!!! I'm so glad that had one here in Knoxville. For a chain these places are really great and the prices aren't bad either.

A lot of businesses are still closed or operating under limited hours. Completely understandable due to the snow. I reached out to the email on the site to see if they would be open at all during the week because my son decided he wanted his favorite pie for his birthday in 2 days. Allison got back to me and took my order via email and will have it ready tomorrow. I would have completely understood if they stayed closed, but I am more than appreciative of her help and communication!

Bruster’s makes very good ice cream. But nothing beats key lime pie and rocky road combo. (Sorry i forgot to take a picture of rocky road flavor). Butter Pecan and key lime pie combo is my 2nd best. ……. bigger parking area in Emory vs other branches.

The ice cream is always so yummy. I just wish they didn’t run out of the new flavors so fast. Staff was great, and they worked quick.

LOVE their ice creams!!! They have so many variations - they have something to please everybody! They have an ice cream sandwich that I crave... that cookie is just SO good and you get to choose whatever flavor of ice cream you'd like in it! A family favorite!

Bruesters Ice Cream. Its worth the trip.
I had chocolate and turtle... lemme just say, Ive never had a "Turtle" ice cream where the pecans were halves and not chopped to bits. So so good.

Bruster's ice cream is the best I've ever tasted. They have more flavors than Culver’s, better texture than Baskin’s, and are less expensive than Coldstone. I got a scoop of the birthday cake and a scoop of the cotton candy in a waffle cone - which was made fresh. Absolutely delicious. Definitely a great place to go.

My whole family loves Brusters Real Ice Cream. Service is always fantastic. The flavors are fresh and unique. Hands down best ice cream I've ever had. We like to have them fresh pack a quart or two for us to take home. Highly recommended.

It's such a great place! Hard-working kids who do their best to get your orders out as fast as possible! They are awesome! The ice cream options are amazing, and the portions are huge! The banana split is so good! Please go visit! Don't forget to give these kids a tip either! They do work really hard and and they are always smiling and super polite! Let's make their summer! 🌞
